White is held in stock. Every other finish is powder coated to order at the factory, which is why colours take longer.

Column radiators are light enough to ship by standard courier, so there is no pallet and no need to be in all day.
You get an email from us the day your order leaves. Deliveries run Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We do not deliver at weekends or on bank holidays.
Your radiator arrives boxed with the courier's standard service. Someone should be available to take it in, because a radiator is not something to leave on a doorstep.
Look over the packaging before you sign and unbox the radiator the same day. Note any damage on the courier's paperwork if you can.
Email photographs of the box and the radiator to us within 48 hours and we will sort a replacement. Please do not install a damaged radiator.
Stock white radiators can come back. Made to order colours are coated for you and cannot be resold, so they are only returnable if faulty.
Return carriage for a change of mind is paid by the customer. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the goods reaching us.
